We're Talking Summer Drinking!

Summer drinking isn't just about reaching for the coldest bottle in the fridge, although that certainly helps. It's the time of year for garden gatherings, picnics, barbecues and long evenings that somehow end much later than planned. The best drinks are refreshing, full of character and easy to go back to for another glass.

Crisp lagers, pét-nat, zippy whites, pale ales, rosé, spritzes and lower-alcohol options all come into their own when the weather warms up. Fresh flavours, bright acidity and plenty of refreshment tend to work better than anything too heavy, especially alongside seasonal food.
